AN ANCIENT BREED FOR A MODERN WORLD

Our Certified Irish Angus cattle graze on lush open pastures where they are free to find the sweetest grasses, wild herbs and natural clovers which give our premium beef its unique flavour.

Recipes

Our award winning Certified Irish Angus beef is renowned for its superior flavour and tenderness as a result of natural marbling which provides enhanced texture and juiciness. Check out our range of delicious recipe ideas here.

Schools Programmes

At the heart of our Certified Irish Angus breed is a tradition of farming and a respect for the land that has been passed down through generations. Our innovative school programmes aim to educate second level students about the care and attention required to produce our premium beef.

Sustainability

Angus cattle enjoy a grass-based diet which offers a reduced environmental impact due to the availability of this resource-efficient home-grown feed. Certified Irish Angus naturally mature early which results in fewer carbon emissions produced from each animal. We recognise that as beef farmers we need to go even further to cut our carbon emissions and so, we encourage our members to take additional carbon reducing measures.
